With more than 30 years in construction, Chuck Jorgensen founded North Coast Earthworks to bring big-project experience to residential and small commercial site work throughout Western Washington.

Chuck spent decades working on major infrastructure projects across Washington State as a Superintendent, managing excavation, grading, and large crews on complex projects. That experience built the foundation for the work he does today — applying the same level of planning, precision, and accountability to projects for homeowners and local builders.

At North Coast Earthworks, Chuck is personally involved in every project from the first site visit to the final grading. Clients work directly with the person responsible for the work, ensuring clear communication and quality results.

Chuck believes the best part of construction isn’t just moving dirt — it’s helping people improve their property and build the places where their families live and grow construction project.

I’m the Business Development Manager for North Coast Earth Works, bringing eight years of trade experience across carpentry, civil construction, and the oilfield. Alongside my field work, I’ve built and grown my own businesses, developing strong skills in marketing and client outreach. I have a genuine passion for building, problem‑solving, and guiding projects from concept to completion. My goal is to ensure every job we take on reaches its full potential with the best visual outcome possible.
